20th Annual Fragile X Poker Run

Mikey, Dana and Jimmy Charlton invite you come support FRAXA's work to find effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Fragile X syndrome!

August 1-3, 2025 will see a return to the Alleghany Inn in Sparta, NC, located about 7 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway, for this very special 20th Anniversary of the Poker Run!

Friday, August 1
Guests arrive and settle in for an evening of fun, featuring live music, auction items, and good cheer as always.

Saturday, August 2
• Registration begins at 10:30 AM.
• The Poker Run departs at 12:00 noon, covering 95–100 miles of scenic North Carolina roads with three picturesque stops along the way.
• After the ride, enjoy a catered dinner, more auction excitement, and an amazing performance by our headlining band, The Shugga Daddies.

This year’s event is dedicated to our dear friend Amit Yoran, a longtime supporter and friend who we tragically lost earlier this year. Amit will be with us in spirit, and his memory inspires us to keep pushing forward in our mission.
